You are fully responsible for all transactions and communications made using your account credentials.

SECTION 5 – Order Placement and Acceptance
If you order a service or product, full payment must be received by us before your order is considered accepted. We may request additional information for processing your order and reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.
Receiving a confirmation (electronic or otherwise) does not signify our acceptance of your order. To modify or cancel a pending order, you must contact us immediately at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
All orders are subject to availability. If an item or service is unavailable, we will notify you of alternatives, the estimated availability date, or provide a full refund upon your request.
We reserve the right to restrict sales to any individual, business, or jurisdiction, at our sole discretion. All orders and payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.
SECTION 6 – Refunds
Mission Telecom maintains a strict no-refund policy for digital products. Once a service has been emailed, downloaded, or accessed, it is considered used and is therefore non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, your sole remedy is to discontinue use and unsubscribe.
Cancellations must be requested via email at [email protected]. You will be required to complete a cancellation survey before we can process your request. Failing to submit the survey in a timely manner may result in continued billing.
Please note:
We do not offer refunds, credits, or partial billing adjustments for unused services or early cancellations.
Cancellation requests will only be processed upon receipt of the completed survey.
SECTION 7 – Subscription Terms and Automatic Payments
A Mission Telecom user is responsible for paying all sums due in connection with their monthly subscription in accordance with these Terms. The first fee payable is due when the user account is set up and payment of the monthly fee is a condition of access, or after your free trial ends and you have not canceled the automatic subscription with us.
Every calendar month, your account will be charged the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, along with any other accumulated fees (collectively, “Fees”).
Failure by the Mission Telecom user to utilize the available services does not relieve them of their payment obligations. Subscription payments can be made via credit or debit card, and payment details are securely processed through our financial systems. We may retain limited transaction data, such as the last four digits and expiration date of your payment method, as permitted by law.
You acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) and authorize automatic payments until the subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms.
SECTION 8 – Shipping Fees
Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, any physical products shipped by Mission Telecom may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill and dispatch your order in a timely manner, assuming your order details are complete and verified.
Accurate shipping address and contact information are required. While we may estimate delivery timeframes, such estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or other third-party delivery services are beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, we will attempt to notify you at the email provided at checkout. If we cannot reach you or if you prefer not to wait, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Risk of loss and title to any shipped product passes to you upon our delivery to a third-party carrier.

Mission Telecom reserves the right to: modify any product or service at any time; Adjust pricing without notice; Notify you by email prior to any price changes taking effect on your subscription. If you downgrade your subscription, the change will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle. Continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to such pricing changes.

If the correct price is higher than listed, we may contact you to confirm the order or cancel it with full refund. Product descriptions from Mission Telecom do not constitute endorsements or warranties unless explicitly stated.

You represent and warrant that you operate a business in good standing and that there are no current or pending investigations or prosecutions against you or your business by any government authority.

You are solely responsible for complying with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations that apply to your business operations, including (but not limited to) laws governing: Advertising and marketing claims, Subscription billing and cancellation, Refunds and premium offers, Data privacy and tax reporting.
SECTION 12 – Testimonials, Reviews, and Pictures/Videos
Mission Telecom welcomes your feedback and testimonials. By submitting a review, testimonial, or media (such as photos or videos), you agree that we may use it—along with your name, city, and state—in our marketing and promotional materials.
We may use your testimonial or submission across any media formats, including printed or digital formats, websites, email campaigns, and social media, at our sole discretion.
Testimonials reflect the unique experiences of the individuals who submitted them and are not intended to guarantee or imply that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

SECTION 16 – Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Unless prohibited by law, you and your business agree that any claim or dispute must be resolved exclusively through final, binding, and confidential arbitration, rather than in court.
By agreeing to this section, you: Waive your right to a jury trial Acknowledge that discovery and appeal rights may be limited Agree not to bring claims as part of a class or representative proceeding .The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including the enforceability of this arbitration clause. No class actions, mass claims, or representative actions are allowed.

To prevent or limit irreparable injury to Mission Telecom, in the event of any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement—or any infringement or threatened infringement of Mission Telecom’s intellectual property or that of a third party—Mission Telecom shall be entitled to seek a temporary restraining order and preliminary and permanent injunctions, or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Agreement limits Mission Telecom’s ability to pursue additional legal remedies, including monetary damages, for such breach or infringement.
SECTION 18 – Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mission Telecom, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, and settlements—including reasonable legal and accounting fees—arising out of or resulting from: Your violation of this Agreement, Any activity related to your account; Any negligent or wrongful conduct by you or anyone using your internet account.
SECTION 19 – Notice and Takedown Procedures; Copyright Agents
Mission Telecom respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and made available on our Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us following our DMCA-compliant Copyright Notice procedure.

Mission Telecom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is deemed material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the new terms taking effect.
